As a baby photographer, the question I am most frequently asked is: "What is the best age for me to have my baby photographed?"

Babies are beautiful at any age and will make adorable photographs. They all develop at different rates, have different abilities and characters. My job is to capture them at their best. But only you can decide the best age for you to have your baby photographed.

I love working with babies, especially new born babies… I aim to catch them awake between their hectic feeding and sleeping schedules. The baby on my portfolio page, lying on her side with clenched fists and crossed legs is only one day old. I love that photo; it really captures her vulnerability and special new baby quality.

One of my specialities is taking photos of babies with their mums and with their dads. New mums, often sleep deprived, usually need a bit of gentle persuasion to have their photo taken. But they usually love the results. There is no obligation to buy my photos so you have nothing to lose.
